01 Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use a db44 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. db44 reserves the right to request verification of any of these conditions at any time.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. db44 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited.
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one db44 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your db44 account. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a payment method that belongs to you. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Personal use only: db44 accounts are for personal use only. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person, a business, or any third party.
- Not a db44 employee: Current employees of db44 and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
db44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Completing the registration form does not guarantee account approval.
02 Account Responsibilities
Once your db44 account is active, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted.
- Password security: You are responsible for keeping your db44 login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. db44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- Unauthorised access: If you believe your db44 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. We will suspend the account while the situation is investigated.
- Keeping details current: If your contact details or payment method information changes, you must update your db44 account promptly. Outdated information can delay withdrawals and prevent us from reaching you about important account matters.
- Account verification: db44 may request identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing large withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
03 Deposits and Payments
All deposits on db44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). db44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on db
44 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits.
- Your own payment method: You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds may be forfeited.
- Deposit fees: db44 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside db44's control.
- Processing time: Deposits are credited to your db44 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
- Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions on db44 are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments on the db44 platform.
Note: db44 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it was made fraudulently or in violation of these terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
04 Withdrawals and Payouts
db44 processes withdrawal requests to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method require identity verification and may take longer to process.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
- Processing time: db44 aims to process all withdrawal requests within one hour. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support with your request reference.
- Wagering requirement: Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will either cancel the bonus or be declined, depending on the specific bonus terms.
- Verification before withdrawal: db44 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Providing accurate verification documents promptly will avoid delays.
- Withdrawal fees: db44 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile wallet provider's standard transaction fees may apply.
- Right to withhold: db44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of these terms. In such cases, db44 will notify the account holder and conduct an investigation before releasing or forfeiting the funds.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
db44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses on db44 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details.
- Eligible games: Not all games on db44 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. The eligible games and their contribution percentages are listed in each bonus offer.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses on db44 have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on a db44 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
- Abuse prevention: db44 monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be suspended.
- db44's discretion: db44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses where possible.
06 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games on the db44 platform operate using certified random number generators. The outcome of every game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by db44 or by the player.
- Game results are final: Once a game round is completed and the result is displayed, that result is final. db44 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that affected the result.
- Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, db44 will investigate the incident. If the malfunction affected the outcome, the round may be voided and stakes returned. db44's decision in such cases is final.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Each game on db44 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
- Automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, or any automated betting software on db44 is strictly prohibited. db44 monitors for automated activity and will suspend accounts where it is detected.
- Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including in live dealer games — is prohibited. Accounts involved in collusion will be suspended and winnings forfeited.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of your entire account balance.
- Registering more than one db44 account, whether under your own name or a different identity
- Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to deposit on db44
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the db44 platform
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any db44 game or system
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using db44 to process funds derived from illegal activity
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on db44
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing db44 staff or other players via any communication channel
- Attempting to access another player's db44 account without authorisation
- Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay

08 Responsible Gaming

- Suspension: A suspended db44 account cannot be used to log in, deposit, or withdraw. Suspension is typically used while an investigation is ongoing. If the investigation finds no violation, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.
- Termination: A terminated db44 account is permanently closed. If termination is due to a violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If termination is at db44's discretion and no violation has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
- Voluntary closure: You may request to close your db44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db44's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's db44 account at the time the claim arises.
- db44 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- db44 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside our control that affect your ability to place or complete a bet.
- db44 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- db44 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
Nothing in these terms limits db44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12 Changes to These Terms
db44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, db44 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the db44 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
